THE “RIN” FOR CONTRIBUTING TO DEVELOPING INITIATIVES IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH SAFETY

N2S is identified in the Réseau d’Intérêts Normands (RIN – Network of Norman Interest) “Biomedical Science and Chemistry Normandy”, where the platform coordinates a research axis entitled “Health Safety, Well-being and Sustainable Food”. The RINs are supported and promoted by the EU, the French State and the region of Normandy, and are intended to work together with institutions, organisations and laboratories: an entire ecosystem for growth combining researchers, teachers, students and companies.

THE HEALTH SAFETY AXIS: AT THE CENTRE OF HEALTH AND WELL-BEING ISSUES

Health safety issues are rightly at the heart of public and public authority concerns. It is in this context and with a commitment to meeting technological, industrial and societal challenges that the axis achieves synergy between:

  • Private and public research operators.
  • Technology transfer centres.
  • Start-ups.

The projects of the axis are selected to answer the following themes:

PARTNERSHIPS WITH COMPETITION CENTRES, SEEDBEDS AND PROJECT CONTRIBUTORS 

N2S is becoming involved with more and more regional and national networks, to extend its sphere of work and continually identify new partners. In particular, it is involved with the Cosmetic Valley and PôlePharma competition centres as well as with Technopôle CBS. It is also very active in the Regional Innovation Agency SEINARI, the CCIs. local seedbeds and other new business centres, assisting promising new businesses in their innovation projects. And finally, N2S can be found at many trade fairs, business conventions or other similar functions in the fields of cosmetics and foodstuffs.
